This is the official Racing Weight Diet Quality Score App. It now offers the feature of saving your DQS data indefinitely and provides graphs to track your progress over time.
This app allows you to calculate your daily Diet Quality Score (DQS) based on Matt Fitzgerald's book, Racing Weight.
The Diet Quality Score serves as a straightforward tool for athletes to assess the overall quality of their diet. The DQS Mobile app is designed to simplify the calculation of a daily Diet Quality Score.
Throughout the day, you can input the servings of each food category you consume. Tap a box to denote one serving in that category. Another tap will indicate half a serving, and one more tap will reset it to zero. For more information on the food categories, you can tap the category name. The total DQS score for the day is displayed in the upper right corner of the page. Your tracked DQS data is saved for each day.
Additionally, on the Tracking page, you can log your weight and body fat percentage. We recommend logging your weight no more than once a week.
The Graphs page provides an overview of your Diet Quality Score progress over time. You can view data for the last week, month, or year. When viewing yearly data, it is presented as 52-week averages. The graphs illustrate your total DQS score, your weight, and your DQS score by specific category.
On the Profile page, you have the option to set target weight, body fat percentage, and a target DQS score.
